Disclaimers and Liability

No Warranties
- Classified Arab disclaims all warranties (expressed or implied) regarding goods, services, or listings on the platform. This includes warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
- Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Classified Arab be liable for special, consequential, or incidental damages arising from:
  - Use or inability to use the platform.
  - Errors, system unavailability, or interruptions beyond our control.
Third-Party Transactions
- Payment terms and transaction disputes are solely between buyers and sellers. Classified Arab is not involved in or responsible for transactions.
